Your experience starts when you submit a New Client Consultation form below.  After you submit your form, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how and what service to book. Next, we will double check that the date, time, and service that makes the most sense for your hair needs, and we will confirm the date!

The day of your appointment -- You will pull up to the cutest little hair studio in Puyallup! You'll know you've found the right place when you see the big "Kolour by Design" sign out front. We've got a large parking lot where you will check-in virtually. Upon check-in you will be asked to patiently wait in your car until your stylist lets you know when to come in.  

 

Once you make your way inside, you will be greeted by Shelley, Brittany or Lisa who will then escort / direct you to your stylist where you will have an in-depth consultation. Here, you and your stylist will discuss not only the details of your first visit, but also a long-term plan to ensure all of your hair goals are met.

If you're here for color, a formula will be custom blended for you and recorded in our system so that it's always ready and waiting at each visit.  

 

We've got Wi-Fi, bottled water, delicious seasonal beverages, snacks, phone chargers, and more to keep you comfortable as your color processes. 

​

We will finish your service by styling, and of course, the Instagram photoshoot. Your stylist will recommend at home styling care to recreate and maintain your look at home and will set you up for your next maintenance appointment.
